What does 'per property per month' mean?
You pay for each property separately. If you have 3 properties on Pro, that's P399 × 3 = P1,197/month. The more properties you add, the better your rate gets.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Just give us 30 days' notice. Plus, there's a 30-day money-back guarantee — so you can try it risk-free.
Are prices in Botswana Pula?
Yes, all prices are in Pula (P). They cover standard service delivery in Gaborone and major towns.
Do one-time service prices include materials?
Labour is included. If materials are needed (cleaning supplies, parts), we'll quote you upfront before any work starts — no surprises.
What if I have lots of properties?
Great — you'll save more. 4–10 properties get a volume discount. 10+ properties get custom pricing with a dedicated team. WhatsApp us for a quote.
Can I use different plans for different properties?
Absolutely. Put your premium property on Premium and a standard rental on Basic — whatever makes sense for you.
What happens after I sign up?
Within 24 hours, we'll reach out to schedule your first property visit and set up your preferences. Pro and Premium members get a personal account manager.
Is it really worth it?
